![]() I’ve tried using the ping-pong feature multiple times, with multiple different captures, and after restarting the app and my computer, but the problem seems to happen everytime for me. **alternatively ping-pong sometimes has the problem of creating a hiccup at the peak of the gif where a handful of frames are missing at the beginning of the reversal, creating a gif that isn’t as smooth as I would like it to be. Giphy Capture allows you to record anything on your MAC, and turn it into a high definition GIF completely free of charge. Within the preview everything looks great, but after exporting when the gif has reached the point of reversal, it will consistently play backwards 1) at a much quicker speed and 2) it will overshoot the starting point that I’ve selected to further back in the capture (if the portion I’ve selected for the gif doesn’t begin at the beginning of the capture). The one problem I’ve had that is supper annoying comes when I’m trying to export a gif that set to the Ping-Pong Loop-Type. The capture aspect works great and I’ve had no issues, I especially love that it will keep screen recordings until I delete them. If you’re using a photo this option does not exist. Use the sliders to select Start Time on the video and the Duration of your GIF. I didn’t see an option in-app to report bugs so I’m doing it here.
